Call-out fee policy

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM: the CA$60.70 call-out fee is included in the listed service price.
• After-hours, 6:00 PM–7:00 AM: an additional CA$60.70 call-out fee applies.
• Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays: an additional CA$60.70 call-out fee applies.
• The call-out fee is charged once per service call, meaning one technician visit to one customer location, regardless of the number of tires or services performed during that visit.
