Call-out fee policy
- Weekdays, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM: the CA$60.70 call-out fee is included in the listed service price.
- After-hours, 6:00 PM–7:00 AM: an additional CA$60.70 call-out fee applies.
- Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays: an additional CA$60.70 call-out fee applies.
- The call-out fee is charged once per service call, meaning one technician visit to one customer location, regardless of the number of tires or services performed during that visit.
The starting price is tire rotation without balancing for standard vehicles. Weekdays, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, the CA$60.70 call-out fee is included in the listed price.
