Terms
Terms of service
These are the practical terms of a mobile visit. They are a clear starting point for the business, and they should be read by whoever is responsible for the company before you trade on them.

Bookings
A form submission or a phone request is a request, not a confirmed appointment. The visit is confirmed when we agree the time, the place and the price with you. Guide prices on the website are examples. The price for your vehicle, tire size, oil grade or time of day is the one we confirm before we travel.
Where we will work
We need a firm, level surface, legal parking for the van, and enough room to jack the vehicle safely. We will not work in a live lane. Soft ground, a steep drive, or a low multi-storey may mean agreeing a different spot. You are responsible for any permit the location requires.
The vehicle
Tell us about locking wheel nuts, modified sizes, and anything that makes the job unusual. If a part we brought does not match the car because the details were wrong, we may have to rebook, and a wasted-journey charge can apply. We will say so before charging it.
Lockouts
We open a vehicle only when we are satisfied you have a right to it. We use a non-destructive method where the car allows it. We do not cut new keys. If there is no key inside, you need a locksmith who programs keys, and we will say so.
Cancellations
Tell us as soon as you can if the visit is no longer needed. A late cancellation, once the van is already on the way, may be charged as a call-out. The confirmation message will state the amount when one applies.
Payment and liability
Payment is due when the job is finished, unless we have agreed an invoice for a business account. We carry out the work with reasonable care. Nothing on this site limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that the law does not allow us to limit. We are not a breakdown club and we do not guarantee a recovery truck.
The website
Guides on the advice pages are general information, not a diagnosis of your car. The service guide chat is an on-site help panel, not a technician. Emergency jobs should be phoned through.
