A battery rarely fails in a shop bay. It fails on a dark morning. We test it properly, and if it is finished we fit a replacement and register it where the vehicle requires that.

Questions
Often, but not always. A test separates a flat battery from a poor earth, a failing starter, or an alternator that is not charging. We will not sell a battery if the test says the unit is healthy.
